Irish beauty brand KASK Beauty required a custom beauty display to be manufactured and installed in a nationwide store chain.
In consultation with the client and in conjunction with design restrictions regarding the overall size, we created a design that incorporated a number of features that our client required.
Easily changeable laser cut acrylic product trays that allowed for NPD updates to be performed and also the flexibility to expand the planogram in the future were required. Additional features such as illuminated mirror and under-shelf LED lighting were also required.
The materials used should be robust and suitable for use in a busy retail environment. Laminated materials and tough PVC edging was specified prior to production. All glass specified is to the required safety standard. Low voltage LED lighting was fitted throughout, ensuring customer safety.
The units were manufactured completely in-house and the completed units were delivered and installed by our own staff on the agreed date. We liaised with the individual stores to ensure any specific delivery requirements were met.

We were tasked by Insight Marketing with producing in-store displays that combined the look and feel of the clients brand with the feel good factor of a night at the cinema. Warm white and red LED lighting were used to draw the customer to the unit. Changeable graphics highlighting store promotions were included.
We liaised with the customer throughout the process, from initial site visits, through design changes and manufacture and finally installation. The units were installed outside of business hours, to cause minimal impact on store activity.

The brief for this project involved manufacturing various display units for installation in a large number of Primark stores, geographically located all over the UK. The display would consist of a Cosmetic Hub, which would be located in the beauty department of Primark stores, and shared by cosmetic brands Essence and Catrice. These Hubs would act as a focal point for customers within a larger beauty department.
Retail Display Solutions manufactured both the central hub and also the individual Trend End display stands that would sit within the hub.
The manufacturing involved constructing the hub so that it could be dissembled for ease of shipping and then re-assembled in-store, once delivered. Processes involved included CNC Machining, Edgebanding, Laser cutting, large format printing and acrylic fabrication and UV Bonding. All of these processes were completed in-house by our skilled staff.
The finished displays were securely packed and shipped to a partner warehouse in the UK and our own teams travelled to the UK to complete the installations, outside of store hours as requested.
The project was completed over a number of weeks and within the timeframe required.

We were contracted by the Irish Defence Force, who wished to upgrade their existing space into a modern military museum. They were looking for an Irish Manufacturer, which could produce a range of displays that would showcase some of the deployments that the Defence Forces have been involved in throughout their history. The displays span over 150 years of military history, with particular focus on the 27th Battalion.
After carrying out a site survey and consulting with personnel from the Infrastructures division, we designed a layout and structure suitable for the space available and to allow easy access to update the artefacts, when required.
The agreed design consisted of both wall cabinets and mid-floor display styles. All glass specified is to the required safety standard. Low voltage LED lighting was fitted throughout.
The units were manufactured on a modular basis to allow for transportation. Once, on-site our own team built and installed all the units.
We have manufactured many museum and conservation display to-date and many of our units can be seen in museums throughout the country and all proudly made in County Louth.

Local chemical company Orielchem, required an acrylic Glove Box, fabricated to a custom dimension and could not source such an item. A Glovebox, or it’s often called a Glove Dry Box, is a sealed container that allows workers to handle hazardous materials or to work on sensitive materials in a high purity inert atmosphere.
These boxes are normally constructed from thick transparent acrylic, to allow the user to see what is being manipulated.
Having researched these products, it appears no company in Ireland had the ability to fabricate such an item. Retail Display Solutions have many years’ experience in working with acrylic and were approached and agreed to construct this item. We were given a specification to work to and constructed the unit, including fitting stainless valves and hinge & catch hardware. An internal power socket was also fitted.
The units were manufactured completely in-house using a CNC Router, Diamond polishing and UV Bonding equipment. The completed unit was delivered and installed by our own staff.
